How the Help Centre works
The Help Centre updates all the parties involved in the job.
Click on the Help Center button and complete the form.
The Help Centre system then opens a ticket for you with a ticket number.
You will receive an SMS and an email confirming the ticket has been logged.
An SMS and email will also be sent to GCT.
Regular SMS’s and emails will then be sent to you.
GCT uses the Help Centre to keep you continuously updated.
