How the Help Centre works

  • The Help Centre updates all the parties involved in the job.

  • Click on the Help Center button and complete the form.

  • The Help Centre system then opens a ticket for you with a ticket number.

  • You will receive an SMS and an email confirming the ticket has been logged.

  • An SMS and email will also be sent to GCT.

  • Regular SMS’s and emails will then be sent to you.

  • GCT uses the Help Centre to keep you continuously updated.
