Our help centre is an online platform which is available 24/7 and allows you to log items such as queries, quotation requests, emergencies etc.
Simply go to our website, click on the help centre icon at the right of the screen and complete the form. Once submitted you will receive an e-mail confirming your submission and ticket number.
This form opens in the Help Centre system as a ticket.
You as the managing agent will then receive e-mail updates every time there is an update on the ticket. This includes updates regarding appointments for quotes as well as scheduling and updates regarding work carried out.
SMS messages and e-mails with these same updates are also sent to the owner and/or tenant to keep them updated.
Our goal is to keep all relevant parties informed and up to date from start to finish.
