  • Simply go to our website, click on the help centre icon at the right of the screen and complete the form. Once submitted you will receive an e-mail confirming your submission and ticket number.

  • This form opens in the Help Centre system as a ticket.

  • You as the managing agent will then receive e-mail updates every time there is an update on the ticket. This includes updates regarding appointments for quotes as well as scheduling and updates regarding work carried out.

  • SMS messages and e-mails with these same updates are also sent to the owner and/or tenant to keep them updated.
